Josh focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling and includes matters involving discrimination, retaliation, Wage Act claims, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and executive compensation agreements.

Josh joins the firm after practicing complex commercial litigation for several years at a regional law firm, where he represented clients in disputes involving contract, employment, fraud, RICO, environmental and lending issues within the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, life sciences, and financial services sectors. He also conducted internal and white-collar investigations.

Josh was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation. Josh previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, U.S. District Judge, District of New Jersey (Ret.). He earned his B.A. from Cornell University and J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
