Firm Administrator

We are seeking a Firm Administrator to manage our business operations, including: Financial Services (accounts payable and receivable, IOLTA management, billing and collections, month and year end financial reporting, expense budgeting), Human Resources (staffing, payroll, benefits administration), Facilities Management (records oversight, management of third party vendors to include IT consultants, etc.), and overall Operations Management (including assistance with client intake management, firm marketing and growth objectives, etc.).

Ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, ability to pitch in with and manage multiple, diverse projects concurrently, solid knowledge of computer software applications, and at least 10 years’ experience in legal or other professional administration. Bachelor’s degree required. Open to flexible work schedule for a candidate who is able to manage these tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Legal Administrative Assistant/Law Clerk and/or Paralegal

We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant/Law Clerk and or paralegal to join our team.  This highly visible role serves as the first point of contact for all clients.  The candidate must have the ability and desire to learn and effectively perform a wide variety of tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent opportunity for highly motivated, team player seeking wide ranging experience in an established law firm, particularly those considering becoming an attorney or paralegal. Knowledge of MS Office/Windows including Outlook, Excel, Word.
