Administrative Assistant

Hartley Michon Robb Hannon LLP is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support all aspects of firm management.

Your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with current and prospective clients
  • Assisting with client billing and generating invoices
  • Maintaining office records and client files
  • Supporting the firm’s marketing activities

The ideal candidate is well-organized, customer service focused, has professional oral and written communication skills, and is able to prioritize multiple assignments independently.
