Jim served as the Co-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Boston Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section.

Katherine served as Co-Chair of the Sexual Harassment Regulations Drafting Committee, a joint bar committee working on regulation reform with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Katherine served as the past Chair of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s Employment Law Curriculum Advisory Committee.

Barbara is a member of the Boston Bar Association Labor & Employment Committee.
