Austin focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling in a number of areas, including non-competition and non-solicitation issues, Wage Act claims, and discrimination claims. Austin received his B.S., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Northeastern University, and was also the first graduate of the University’s 3+3 Program, which enabled him to receive his B.S. and Juris Doctor in just six years.
During law school, Austin was a Senior Editor on the Northeastern University Law Review and graduated with a concentration in Labor & Employment Law. He also completed four internships, including interning for Magistrate Judge M. Page Kelley at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Civil Rights Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, and two different Boston law firms specializing in employment law work. Upon graduation, Austin focused his practice on employment law at another Massachusetts law firm for several years.
