Sujin focuses her practice on employment law and litigation. Sujin counsels clients in a variety of matters, including non-competition and non-solicitation issues, non-payment of wages and Wage Act claims, breach of fiduciary duty issues, trade secret disputes, and sexual harassment and discrimination claims.
Sujin earned her B.A. from Brandeis University, and her J.D. magna cum laude from New England School of Law. During law school, Sujin received the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top Women in Law Leadership Scholarship, was a two-time recipient of the Trustee Academic Scholarship, and a three-time recipient of the New England Scholar Award. Upon graduation, she received the Trustee Bradbury Gilbert Award for Excellence in Achievement.
Prior to joining the firm, Sujin was an investigator at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) where she worked continuously throughout her law school years. She also worked as the Director of Investigations & Training at the City of Boston’s Office of Human Resources. Sujin is also an MCAD certified trainer for workplace harassment and discrimination prevention. Sujin is fluent in Korean.
